In Detail Happy Naturals Argan Oil Intense Repair Mask Review, Swatches and My Experience

The happy naturals argan oil mask comes in a similar packaging like its matching shampoo the argan oil shampoo. This is in a tube form. I know, we always prefer tubes over tubs, but in this case I really really wish they’d put this in a tub instead of a tube. I’ll tell you why shortly. Otherwise, I like the flip top, and the informative packaging.

The product has almost the same amazing smell like the Happy Naturals Argan Oil Shampoo. It is super creamy and smooth in texture. However, the consistency is super super thick. It is so thick, that I have to put a lot of pressure while trying to squeeze the product out of the tube. I mean, it gets irritating sometimes and I decide to use something else. This is the reason why I say I wish this came in a tub instead of a tube.

How I Use it

After I shampoo my hair, I always apply a conditioner or a hair mask. I love using matching products so I have been using this with its matching shampoo. I take approximately 2-3 coin sized amount and apply it to the lengths of my freshly washed hair while it is still wet. Although this is very thick, it doesn’t give a lot of trouble while application. It spreads along the hair lengths pretty nicely. I keep it on for approximately 7 to 10 minutes. After this, I wash it off properly leaving no traces behind.

Effects

Immediately post washing, I notice how this slightly reduces tangles from my hair. My hair look more shiny and healthy. It does provide softness to the hair as well. But does it work as good as my Macadamia natural oil deep repair masque? The answer is no. To be honest, the effects of the Happy naturals argan hair mask are short lasting. Also, I don’t see any out of the box difference in my hair. Yes it does everything a hair mask is supposed to do. But there is no reason why I would chose this over any other drugstore hair mask.

Overall Verdict

The Happy Naturals Argan oil Intense repair mask is a decent hair mask which can be used on an everyday basis by all hair types mostly. It does everything an average hair mask is supposed to do. There are no extra or any extraordinary differences that I notice on my hair. It definitely does not provide any long term effects. I have been using this for more than 3 months now, and I can confidently say, this is as good as any other easily available drugstore hair conditioner or mask. The uniqueness lies only in how lovely this smells. Oh, and the smell does last for like an entire day which is great.
