This brand is already been made famous by our namely indian youtubers on youtube and instagram by reviewing their different ranges constantly lol just kidding. I have a habit of trying different face washes I don’t stick to just one.

I got my hands on this face wash called Jeju Volcanic Lava Pore Cleansing Foam. Actually the ingredient Volcanic lava tempted me to buy it. Further, its claim that it is meant for people who have pores. I am the girl who has open pores all over my cheeks because of my acne. Read on my review to know it this facewash is worth it or no.

Dispense an adequate amount and lather fully with water. Massage gently onto the face and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

In Detail The Face Shop Jeju Volcanic Lava Cleansing Foam Review, Swatches and My Experience

The face wash comes packed in a muddy brown coloured huge tube with every necessary information printed on back of the tube in korean as well as english. It has a pearly white coloured flip open cap which closes with a click ensuring that the face wash is spill proof. The packaging is not travel friendly according to me because who would like to carry such big tube along on daily basis.

When I purchased it, it was just wrapped in a plastic. This face wash does not have any outer packaging like cardboard box or anything of that sorts. The nozzle dispenses the right amount of product which does not lead to wastage of product which is a big thing for me.

The face wash is light brown in color and has a very mild citrusy fragrance which is not over powering and its very refreshing. The texture of this facewash is very smooth and creamy.

How I Use it

I take a pea size amount of lather it in between my palms and massage it all over my face and neck and rinse it of with normal tap water. Although it is mentioned to use lukewarm water, don’t know why what will it do if washed with lukewarm water. The face wash lathers really well so one would need only pea or less than that amount of face wash to wash their face. The tube is huge so it will last me for a year I guess because it has 150 ml of the product.

Effects

The face shop jeju volcanic lava face wash is soo good you guys! I always keep on switching face washes every week but its been quite a while that I am continuously using it and not looking back for any other face wash. I have been using this cleansing foam for nearly 5 weeks now. I keep switching it with the other scrub foam from the same range I will review that as well later. It thoroughly cleanses my skin without over drying it that all other face washes do who claims to be for oily skin.

The brand claimed to remove the excess oil from skin which is absolutely right, I have extremely oily skin and this does helps in keeping my skin less oily for hours and hours. And I have also noticed lesser whiteheads on my nose. I think it is because of this face wash which claims to shrink open pores which leads to blackhead, whiteheads and acne. It does not heal acne. I do get breakouts for which I am not complaining because it does not claim to do so. Overall happy with this.

1. It is not travel friendly I would not like to carry a huge tube of face wash in my handbag on daily basis.

1. If you have oily skin than you should definitely give this face wash a shot. I know you are not gonna regret it. It works wonders for my skin.
2. Dry skin girls may need a moisturiser prior using it in winters.
