PAC Gel Eye Liner Review, Swatches: Hello Everyone! I am back with another review and today I am reviewing a gel eyeliner from the brand called PAC (professional artist cosmetics). I really love this Brand makeup especially their PAC HD foundation and PAC liquid lipsticks.

I purchased this gel eyeliner from amazon. However I did not get any discount on this. I don’t know why but Pac makeup is never on discount on nykaa and amazon.

Summers are here and I will be needing a good sweat-proof and smudge-proof liners to avoid looking like racoon the whole day. Hence, I bought this. Want to know how good is this gel eyeliner from PAC? Then please keep reading my review below.

In Detail PAC Gel Eye Liner Review, Swatches and My Experience

Pac Intense Pro Formula Gel Liner comes packed in a thin black and red ombre color cardboard box packaging. The actual gel liner comes in a sturdy tiny plastic round jar with black twist open cap. The cap closes really well so we can carry it around easily without the fear of creating a mess all around.

It also comes with a eyeliner brush which is soft. But I still prefer to apply my gel eyeliner with my Pro Arte angular liner brush. It makes the application really easy and quick for me. Overall I really like its packaging its simple cute and most important sturdy.

Pac cosmetics has just launched black shade in its gel eyeliner range and I hope they also launch different types of blues in this range as well. The gel liner is of jet black color with a completely matte finish. There is absolutely no shimmer or shine which makes it easily wearable on the waterline too.

The texture of this liner is little drying it is not that smooth as our well known maybelline gel eyeliner.

When I put my liner brush in the jar it does not comes out smoothly. Honestly it needs to scoop out a bit with a brush and then I apply it. In fact, it also does not glide very effortlessly on my eyelids. It takes a lot of pressure to glide it on my eyes.

But-But-But, this eyeliner is so super pigmented you guys! It is deepest black color I have ever worn you can see in my swatch pictures below. In fact when I wore it few of my cousins asked me what eyeliner I was wearing.

Though the formula of PAC Gel Liner is a little dry, but it is amazingly pigmented. Even more pigmented than maybelline gel liner.

Pac Pro Gel liner claims to last for 24 hours. I could not put this claim to test because who even wears makeup for that long? However, it did last me for good about 7 hours. I apply this liner on my lower lash line as well as on my eyelids.

It did smudge and faded a bit on my lower lash line from the corners but it was intact on my eyelids which is very impressive. It does not come off with water or wet tissues. You would be needing a good makeup remover or a oil to completely get rid of it.

Always apply a gel liner on your water-line only when it claims that it is
ophthalmologist tested.
If you are a MUA and want a good and in budget gel liner which is intense black and long lasting than you should try this.
